What exactly is the Smart AI Assistant?

It's a friendly chat assistant that lives on your website and steps in when you can't pick up. It's trained on your services, prices and area, so it can answer common customer questions, take messages, and capture bookings and enquiries — then pass everything straight to you. Think of it as a front desk that never clocks off, so you're not losing work while you're on a job or on holiday. It's included in the £149/month AI Smart Assistance Package, on top of everything in the £99 website package.

Can I move between the £99 and £149 packages?

Absolutely. Start on the website package and add the Smart AI Assistant later, or drop back down — same rules as everything else: no minimum term, no notice period, no fees. You only pay for what you're using each month.

Why £99? What's the catch?

No catch. We've built a system that lets us produce great local-business websites efficiently — modern tooling, sensible templates, no agency overhead. We make a small monthly margin and you get a proper website without the £3,000 upfront hit. Volume is our friend.

Is the £99 inclusive of VAT?

Yes. £99 per month, inclusive of VAT. So if you're VAT registered, you can reclaim it. The same applies to the paid ads packages (£299, £499) — all inc. VAT.

What does "no minimum term, no notice period" actually mean?

If you want to stop at the end of any month, just tell us. No fees, no notice, no awkward conversations. We figure that if we're not doing a good enough job for you to want to stay, we shouldn't be holding you hostage with a 12-month contract like everyone else.

What happens if I cancel after a couple of months?

You stop being charged. You can take your domain with you and we'll hand over your content. The hosted site itself gets switched off (it's on our hosting), but we can quote a one-off migration fee if you want to move it elsewhere instead. We'd much rather you stayed — but we won't trap you.

How long does the build take?

Usually 3–7 working days from when you approve the mockup. Sometimes faster if you're organised with photos and copy. We've gone live in 48 hours when needed.

Do I own the website?

You own your domain, your content, your photos and your branding — always. The website code itself is built on our platform, so as long as you're a customer, your site runs on our hosting. If you leave, we'll hand over your content and (for a small migration fee) we can package up the code for another host.

Will the site rank on Google?

Every site is technically SEO-optimised from day one — schema, page speed, mobile-first, sitemaps, the lot. Plus we set up your Google Business Profile properly. Most clients see meaningful ranking improvements in 4–8 weeks. If you want faster growth, the paid ads add-on accelerates things considerably.

Can I add or remove the ads package whenever?

Yes — same rules as the website package. Add it when you want a boost, remove it when you don't. No notice period, no fees. You only pay for the months you use it.

Do I have to pay separately for Google Ads budget?

Yes — your ad spend is paid directly to Google/Bing/Meta on your own card. The £299 or £499 we charge is purely the management fee. This is the standard, transparent way to do it — you keep full control of the spend and the data.

What if I want changes after launch?

Included. Day-to-day changes — prices, photos, services, opening hours, seasonal banners — are part of the package. Just email or WhatsApp us. Bigger projects (entirely new sections, a major redesign) we'll quote separately, but everyday tweaks are free.
